Our Pricing

• Minimum Service Fee: $250
  All events and services start with a minimum service fee of $250. This covers planning, preparation, and base operational costs.
• Hourly Rate: $150/hour
  For events exceeding the minimum service time, we charge $150 per additional hour. Discounts are available for extended service hours (see below).

We understand the importance of long-lasting events. For clients booking extended services, we offer the following discounted rates:

• 4–6 Hours: $140/hour
• 7–10 Hours: $125/hour
• 11+ Hours: Customized pricing available upon consultation

1. Small Gatherings (10–20 Guests)

• Starting Price: $500
• Includes:
  • Choice of 2 entrées (e.g., lamb chops, burgers)
  • 2 side dishes (e.g., mac and cheese, sweet potatoes)
  • 1 dessert option (e.g., mini cheesecakes)
  • Professional setup and cleanup

2. Medium Events (20–50 Guests)

• Starting Price: $1,200
• Includes:
  • Choice of 3 entrées
  • 3 side dishes
  • 2 dessert options
  • On-site serving staff

3. Large Events (50+ Guests)

• Starting Price: $2,500
• Includes:
  • Custom menu tailored to your event
  • Full-service staff for setup, serving, and cleanup
  • Buffet or plated service options

Additional Add-ons:

• Extra dishes: $25/dish per 10 guests
• Beverage service: $100/hour

Brunch Catering:

• $22/person (minimum 10 people)
• Includes:
  • Fresh fruit platter, mini quiches, grits, and baked goods

• Travel Fees: May apply for events outside a 30-mile radius from our location. Contact us for details.
• Special Requests: Custom dishes, unique setups, or specialty items may incur additional charges.

• Deposit: A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking.
• Balance Payment: Full payment is due 48 hours before the event.
• Refund Policy: Cancellations made 72 hours before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the total cost.
